My daughter took badminton class at Buffalo Grove before she got back injury. The situation was chronic, so we suspended her class already paid, wishing her could come back to continue practice soon. But after several months without continuous training, we decide to quit. The drama came, they would not refund us for the lessons we paid but not taken. First, they asked me for the doctor’s proof for my daughter’ s situation. I provided. then they told me no refund, the solution they proposed is to find any other students want to buy classes from us, and the they can transfer the lessons and let other family pay me. It is totally unfair, the deal is simply between me as customer and the club as business owner, have nothing to do with anyone else. I paid for the service, but my situation changed , not at my will, I have the right get the money back for the service not happened yet. Simple and clear. I was too busy to solve the problem quick. And when I got time this month, I went to the site to check, the private lessons are still in the system, but the paid group lessons are totally gone. I was told the group lessons would be only kept for four months after registration. But my daugh

Kicked me out from my annual membership before. I have been a member since 2022 - in MBC, there were 12 members before and now there are 7 to 8 members who stop by every evening for play. We all are in monthly membership till 2023 -Oct 30. A lady name "Jenny Liang" talked to us about yearly membership and she offered us, if at least 4 among our group sign for yearly membership she will offer us for 400$, we 7 member signed for Annual membership, she enrolled for yearly membership and paid 400$ and I paid on 10/30/2023, I have attached my receipt with the start date and end date mentioned in it. My actual end date is 10/28/2024. As usual we 4 went for play yesterday and the lady at front desk stopped me and said my membership is ended, and its not same for all of us.(for me it ended today - which cover only 11 months and for my team one friend it will end on Oct-15-2024 - which covers 11 months and 15 days, and for other guy with 11 months and one has 12 month membership) and after showing my receipt she said we dont go by the receipt, their system says it ended. then I showed my friends receipt and finally she agreed that it could be a system fault and she said we can continue til

The courts at Naperville facility needs significant maintenance. Tapes are coming off and sticky glue is exposed makes it very danger to play. It is a safety hazard. I am very disappointed. Are they waiting for someone to get injured? 🀬

Nice facility. I have been to Egret and Pioneer but they lack windows and sunlight. At Midwest, there is a full lounge and is convenient to eat in. Nice coaches and rather sanitary.

I joined the club couple of month back. Last Sunday while I was playing I twisted my ankle got and have to visit emergency, luckily no fracture ..the main reason behind the accident was the poor court condition. They have glued tape which is coming out and have made the surface sticky. This has to be fixed asap before any major happens to players. Thomas please fix it..we don't want any one else to get injured again. Thank you
